Band Coaching
Osman coaches bands who want to grow musically and collectively. His focus is not only on adding more technique, but also on helping people listen better, to themselves, to each other, and to what the music is asking for. Technique is a tool. Connection is the goal.

Corporate Workshops: Listening & Collaboration (through music)
In music, you can’t fake alignment. If people don’t listen, the groove collapses. In 60–180 minutes you make patterns of communication, hierarchy, hesitation, over-control, and trust audible. Osman designs music-based workshops for companies that want stronger collaboration, sharper communication, and faster connection, especially when teams are new, merging, or stuck in old patterns.
No musical experience is needed. The focus isn’t performance. It’s presence.
Using simple rhythm and group exercises, teams experience what alignment actually requires: shared attention, clear signalling, trust, and the courage to leave the comfort zone. Together.
